Soba Noodle Salad
This is the easiest and yummiest recipe you must try! All you need is 8 to 10 ounces of cooked buckwheat soba noodles, 1/2 cup of soy sauce, 1/2 cup of olive oil, 1/2 cup of vinegar, 1/2 cup of sugar, 2T of Wasabi, half thinly sliced cucumber, and a hand full of mixed greens.
