We stopped at Picabu Bistro in Spokane for a quick lunch. We found this place via Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. I was very impressed with their menu selection. We had Cajun shrimp tacos, Cajun shrimp salad (the bomb), and the kids had child-sized deep dish cheese pizza. Everything was delish!

After lunch we stopped at a super cute neighborhood ice cream shop. If you've never tried bubble gum flavored ice cream, try it here. It's the best I've ever had. They also serve sandwiches on their homemade waffles. The staff and the owner are super friendly and you know they put a lot of love in their work. We love finding local gems like The Scoop.
